Chana Dal Curry Recipe Preparation Method (Chana Dal Curry Recipe Banane ki Vidhi):
teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
Add 2 medium onions (julienned) and stir. Sauté on medium heat until onions are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and salt, increase heat to high. Cook 3-5 minutes.
Add cauliflower and Chana dal, stir thoroughly, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with cilantro and serve!
